The Washington Square Park Advisory Council is a non-profit organization comprised of volunteers to serve as an advocate for the historic Washington Square Park, Chicago's Oldest Park.

By working together and providing suggestions and recommendations to the Chicago Park District and other government partners, the Council aims to improve park conditions and helps create attractive and enjoyable park programs, provides volunteer opportunities, and strives to secure incremental funding to enhance the park environment.

The Council meets the 2nd Wednesday of every month, from 6 PM to 7:30 PM, at the Newberry Library. All are welcome to attend and are invited to volunteer in WSPAC Committees.
