Monthly meetings
Regular meetings of the Council will be held, quarterly on the second Wednesday in which a meeting is scheduled. Meetings are open to the public. Announcements of said meetings will be posted in the Washington Square Park kiosks located at Dearborn Street as well as Clark Street in the middle of the block. Meeting notice will be sent via email to registered Advisory Council membership, where possible, approximately fourteen (14) days in advance of the meetings.
Exceptions to this schedule are permitted but require appropriate notification via email to the Council's regular membership email list and as well, via the posting process to kiosks.
